The short version

ballsortgame.com is a static website. The game and the solvers run entirely in your browser — your puzzle arrangements are never uploaded for solving. We don't require accounts and we don't collect personal information to let you play.

Data stored on your device

We use your browser's localStorage to remember your current level, your best scores, sound preference, and whether symbol mode is on. This data stays on your device and can be removed at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

Hosting & server logs

The site is served via Cloudflare, which may process technical request data (such as IP address and user agent) to deliver and secure the site, as described in Cloudflare's own privacy documentation. We do not use this data to identify you.

Analytics & advertising

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits and interactions, including game starts, moves, level numbers, completions, hints, and solver success or failure. Google may use cookies and process technical device and request information. We do not send puzzle arrangements, share-link query parameters, names, or email addresses in our analytics events. We may display advertising in the future to keep the site free. If third-party advertising (such as Google AdSense) is enabled, those partners may use cookies as described in their own policies, and this page will be updated accordingly.

Share links

Solver share links encode the puzzle you entered directly in the URL so a friend can reproduce it. Only share those links with people you're happy to see that puzzle.

Children

The site is a general-audience puzzle game and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
